However, traffic, road construction, cruise-terminal congestion, and other conditions outside our control may occasionally cause delays. Please allow adequate travel time, especially when traveling to cruise terminals or airports. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will make every reasonable effort to get you to your destination safely and as close to schedule as reasonably possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed. If a customer chooses to cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason, no refund will be issued.

This policy applies to customer-initiated cancellations. If Galveston Shato is unable to provide the confirmed transportation service, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate refund.
